Clay Cassiday

Clay is a Fredericksburg, VA native and graduate of Emory & Henry University, where he studied Business Administration and Political Science while competing as a Division II collegiate golfer and football player. He primarily works within the company’s golf division while also supporting the baseball division through corporate partnership development and sponsorship strategy.

Prior to transitioning into golf representation, Clay gained experience in motorsports through his work with drivers competing in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, ARCA Menards Series, and CARS Tour. There, he supported sponsorship outreach, branding initiatives, and team operations while developing an understanding of fan engagement, event logistics, and corporate partnership strategy.

Driven by a passion for athlete development and brand growth, Clay works to create impactful opportunities for the company’s players and partners both on and off the course and diamond. His role includes athlete representation, business development, branding, and relationship management, helping connect athletes and organizations with meaningful corporate partnerships and long-term brand opportunities.
