Bobby Scales
Bobby Scales, a proud Michigan alumni, is a former professional baseball player who played in the major leagues with the Chicago Cubs, making stops with the Phillies, Mets and Red Sox before finishing his career with the Orix Buffaloes in Japan. Immediately thereafter, in unprecedented fashion, Bobby was named the Los Angeles Angels Director of Player Development, running their minor league system before moving on to Pittsburgh.
Always a witty and engaging baseball interview and analyst, Bobby was in demand as a contributor on numerous outlets including the MLB Network. In 2023, Bobby was hired as a radio analyst for the Detroit Tigers Radio Network alongside Tigers' 20 year veteran Dan Dickerson.
