On the heels of his dramatic playoff win in the 2014 Albertsons Boise Open and five 2014 Top 25 finishes, Steve is returning to the 2014-15 PGA Tour. Steve finished in the Top 25 on the Web.com in earnings in 2014, a year which also saw he and his wife Sarah add their son Chase to their beautiful family. Steve brings newfound confidence and stability from his experience, and he is one of the most popular and affable members of the PGA Tour.
Steve finished 20th on the Nationwide Tour money list in 2011, with four top-10 finishes and his first win on the Tour.Steve earned his first career win with a record setting effort at the Melwood Prince George’s County Open, closing with an eagle for a Tour record 12 stroke margin of victory at 29 under par. Steve’s tournament included a second round course record 60 and 31 birdies over four rounds, tying the Tour record. Steve finished 2011 with a Top 10 finish in the Tour Championship and had 4 Top Ten finishes overall.
Steve has four career wins on the Golden Bear Tour in addition to his win on the Nationwide Tour last year and his PGA best 3rd place tie finish at The Peurto Rico Open.
